Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a couple of dogs!

Located in a quiet neighborhood. This property is on nearly one acre, and is completely gated for privacy. You will be provided one gate opener and one parking spot on property.

We are available if needed, you may or may not even see us! My parents live on property, in the "Empty Nesters" house. You may or may not see them, they help take care of the property.
