The space
Perfect little spot for enjoying all that the Eau Claire area has to offer. Also close to all the festivals Country Fest, Country Jam, Rock Fest, Eaux Claire along with all the local free outdoor music, bike trails, hiking trails, fishing, local parks, 15 minutes to newly renovated downtown area and Pablo Center. Too see for yourself what's going on in the area! Local Volume One magazine will be your best resource. I will always try to have a current one in the guest house for you.

Guest access
The whole guest house is your private space.All the outdoor areas are also yours to lounge around in. Since there is no shower or hot water in the guest house, you do have access to the hallway bathroom in the main house at any time. We have recently added a separate space with a queen sized bed in addition to the futon in the main space. There is no AC in the unit but there is a ceiling fan as well as a larger floor fan which helps to keep the area cool. If you are looking for an outdoorsy rustic getaway that doesn't have all the standard hotel perks this is your spot! You can park on the lawn in front of the guest house for your convenience.
