The space
The position of the house on top of a hill brings a lot fresh air, in the morning beautiful birds will sing at dawn. House is offered for guests use only and is not shared with owner or other guests, as such there is total privacy during your stay. The house large bedroom is now equipped with air conditioning, which is an optional service due to continuous refreshing mountain breeze; if opt in, an additional minimal fee-after booking-could be arranged to cover energy costs. The house has 1 queen bed and 2 sofa bed, so 6 guests can sleep comfortably. The house is located about an hour from San Juan Airport and nearest beach. If arriving at night suggest to drive carefully, as with any other countryside road these could be narrowed when you approach the house. During daytime you will get used to drive comfortably.
