The five bedroom Waterside Stay is in a desirable, quiet residential area that is less than half a mile from the Birmingham City hospital, whilst also being less than two miles from the City Centre. The property has a homely feel and has been recently renovated. it is set up to provide a quaint, relaxing vibe that can be used as a rest point from working or exploring the City.

The space
Waterside Stay is a five bedroom home from home that is perfect for contractors and holiday makers alike. It consists of five bedrooms, one lounge, a kitchen, a downstairs toilet, a shared bathroom on the first floor and a toilet and en suite on the second floor.

The lounge has Netflix so you can relax in the evenings in front of the large TV. It is close to the city centre; approximately 15 minuntes by bus or 10 minuntes via Uber or Taxi.

Waterside Stay is lovely base for those wishing to explore the city of Birmingham being close to the city centre, however, is also not too far away from nice city parks, such as Sutton Park. It is also approximately 20 minutes drive from the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) next to Birmingham airport.

The neighbourhood is peaceful and there is a nice relaxing walk that you can take along the river to the Wildlife trust. The house is only a 5-10minute Uber to the city centre for anyone wishing to enjoy the nightlife.
