The historic home was custom built in 1892 has plenty of space for living and entertaining. Dine indoors or out and enjoy the peaceful countryside views.

The space
Come experience the fabulous sunrise and sunset views from our 19th century Farmhouse property. Experience the countryside life on an original Ontario Farm, located within one hour from to downtown Toronto.
The original, hand-built barn house remains on the property to this day.
This farmhouse is cozy and inviting, and the property provides fantastic opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, snowshoeing, cycling, team sports. The property is a great setting for film projects or commercials.
Every season has something to offer, whether barbecuing on a warm summer's night, staying cool with central A/C on a hot summer day, or cozying up by gas fire with a book on a winter's night.
The outdoor patio features a new Weber BBQ, and an enclosed steel fire pit to roast marshmallows or S'mores while stargazing .
The sloped areas of the property make for great toboggan slides after a fresh snowfall.
Near ross skiing/snowshoeing on newly cut trails on site .Mountain bike mecca at Albion hills short 8 km peddle to Caledon trial.
Local microbrewers in Palgrave Caledon hills, Tottenham and Hockley Valley or a short drive to Historic Loretto tavern.
Seasonal there are fresh organic vegetables and eggs, firewood available for purchase from neighboring farm. Our Farm of choice is River ridge Farm regional road 50 and Old Church road NW corner for fresh eggs and firewood seasonal veggies.

Albion Hills conservation park area for mountain biking and hiking.

There is a fresh water spring with fish in the stream located in the forest with hiking trails .
Agriculture Museum at 89 and Airport road or South Simcoe Agriculture museum which we donated some of the original farm implements are on display.
*Please note this is our original family farm. We are screening all requests and we are looking for the right fit for long or short 7 min to 10 day term stays.
We have gone to great lengths to rebuild , newly decorate , refinish , supplied all new bedding Egyptian sheets ,new foam beds, towels robes all to make the stay special for everyone .
This was absolutely a huge decision for us to open the space up, my family encouraged me to share the experience the results are wonderful. .

Farmhouse rules
No Shoes/boots top floors of the Farm house
No parties allowed new rule now in effect .
No more than 7 people , little Children no limit no charge .
Please leave the house as you found it replenish any items used for the next guests.
Any damages charged to the guest(s)
Garbage (including recycling and compost) Bins need to be rolled out once a week (Wednesday night)
Swim at your own risk small pond on property . Adult supervision a must.
No SMOKING CLOSE TO BARNS ,access to the garage or barn unless otherwise discussed .
Bring bug spray if you are planning on being outside.
Note it is a rural area therefore insects, bugs and coyotes , foxes wild turkeys and deer the like may be around .
Pets (limited to 1 dog) must have pre-approval. There is a flat fee of $100 per 2 weeks if pets are approved ahead of time. Limited to 1 .
We do request that they stay to front or rear enclosed porch area the hair is difficult to remove from the furniture . They must be potty trained, clean, and not aggressive.
Please pick up any waste from the yard and dispose of it in the trash can. It is your responsibility to ensure the animals do not damage or destroy the property or additional charges will apply. If your pet does have an accident inside we request you clean it up immediately.
House cleaning charge is for 1 week 14 day stays, additional weeks to months stays cleaning $250.00 to be added for extended stays .
