This newly renovated hilltop home on a citrus ranch may be 30 minutes from the park but is has a beautiful 360 degree view of the Sierras, surrouding foothills and valley. Amazing views, spacious living, and large pool will be your first reaction when entering this home. The house is perfect for the couple looking for a peaceful retreat, the family looking to play by the pool, or large groups traveling together. We have room for 2-15.

The space
The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The great room has two sitting areas, one to take in the view of the Sierra Nevadas and the other around a 60" flat screen TV. A dining table for 8 and a full kitchen round out the great room. A laundry room with a washer and dryer and TV room with a sectional sofa and 48" TV are adjacent to the kitchen. Outside you will find a large deep pool, fire pit, BBQ, dining table, grass area and carport.

Just past the little town of Exeter this house is located in the country on a little hilltop surrounded by orange orchards. The hill is just big enough to allow 360 degree views of the area. Close to Highway 198 it is easy to make the 22 mile journey to the entrance of Sequoia National Park or to drive 10 minutes in the other direction to check out the charming little town of Exeter. If you are in need of amenties that only a larger city can provide most places in Visalia can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes.
