Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated executive-style apartment with hardwood flooring and majestic windows overlooking downtown Jackson, Ohio and the historic "Apple Tower." The apartment is located above a local coffee house/cafe, in a newly-renovated late 1800s building.

The one-bedroom features a comfortable queen-sided memory foam mattress, an open floorplan with a Samsung flat-screen hi-definition Smart TV (No cable service or antenna available, just internet-based television. Please bring your own logins to watch Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, or your favorite apps), internet service, a complete kitchen with a dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, and quartz countertops. The bathroom features ceramic sinks, quartz countertops, a walk-in double shower.

We are located just a mile off the crossroad intersection of Rt. 35 and US 32. The apartment is 10 miles from Henderson Arena, 20 miles from the University of Rio Grande, and 38 miles from Ohio University. We are also within an hour of two local wineries, hiking at Lake Katharine or in the Hocking Hills, kayaking, ziplining.
