An apartment in the basement of our townhouse. Apartment is about 70 sqm, with living, and bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with the dish machine, a spacious bathroom with both bath and shower. A part of our lovely garden is for you to use. Walking distance to everything that you need. Very good collective trafik from Södervärn busstation (5 min walk) taken you everywhere in Skåne.

The space
Good for couples (with children ) or a couple of friends. Room with fully equipped kitchen for you want to make your own food. Equipped with the wash machines in a separate room in the basement.
