A gentle sloping lot with private boat ramp in a quite cove off the main lake. Two covered porches offer relaxing places out of the sun to keep an eye on children in the water. A fire pit is provided for roasting marshmallows and building family memories. This spacious home includes two kitchens, two living areas, four bedrooms and three baths making this a perfect place for two families or separate adults and kids areas. Great place for fishing tournments. Outside outlets for charging batteries

The space
2800 square foot home with beds for eight, plus a fold out sofa for two additional people. The fold out sofa is not the most comfortable. Would plan for kids only on the fold out. Ping pong table, wii, games and toys to enjoy.

The property is a 5 minute drive into Alexander City, to grocery stores, shops or Bailey’s Sports Plex. You can easily access HWY 280 for a quick 25 minute trip to Auburn for sporting events, graduation, restaurants and shopping. The property is close, 15 minute drive, to Katherine's gourmet grocery, Spring House, Niffers and our favorite Kowaliga Resturant. We love either going by boat for lunch or driving for sunset dinners overlooking the water. Nearby golf courses include Robert Trent Jones, Stillwater's and Willow Point. Great area of the lake for fishing. Zip lining available at Wind Creek State Park just across the main lake by boat. River North Marina 1 mile from the house for boat rentals or fuel. Quite neighborhood. Most of the people live there year round. There are three rentals in the neighborhood. Ask owner if looking to rent multiple houses.

I love the out doors. My family enjoys spending time on the lake fishing and skiing. We also love to salt water fish off the Texas coast, hike and snow ski in Colorado and spend time at our hunting camp. I love gathering with family and friends and enjoy my career as a physical therapist.
