Jemez Canyon View Retreat “Starry Skies, Canyon Views & Easy Walk to the Village!

Come Enjoy the Peace, Serenity, and Expansive Beauty of the Jemez Canyon View Retreat in the heart of the Village of Jemez Springs.

The Jemez Canyon View Retreat house is 1300 square feet. This 1 bedroom/1bath home is packed with many extras, including many beautiful works of art both local and from other parts of the country, including hand crafted wood carvings.

The space
The open kitchen w/sky light and window views out to the mesa, also has a kitchen bar, complete with stools for a morning cup of coffee or day trip planning. The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful serving dishes, flatware and everything a cook requires. The pantry has a large selection of coffee and teas, with cream and sugars and many condiments and paper goods (plastic wrap, foil, zip lock bags, trash bags, etc.)
The kitchen has a country style table and chairs with views that look up to the west canyon walls and Virgin Mesa.

There is a laundry room with washer and dryer off the kitchen (complete with laundry products). The house is equipped with full house air-conditioning and heating to keep you cool in the warmer months and toasty warm in the winter.

The master bedroom has a King bed, a walk in closet, and its own private bath with double sinks, and beautiful views of the valley facing south.

The living room has a cozy, artful seating area with a 49” Smart TV (with lots of movie channels). And views looking east and north out to Cat Mesa.
Enjoy watching the sunrise, the sunset, and great stargazing from both front and back decks.

Jemez Springs boast many hot springs in the mountains off of near by hiking trails, as well as the Village Bath House, Giggling Springs and the soaking pools at the Bohdi Zen Center. There are several art galleries and gift shops in the village, as well as, the Highway 4 Coffee Shop, The Los Ojos Bar and Grill, the Stage Stop Restaurant and a new Fire House Brewery. There is also the gourmet Nomad Mountain Pizza place in La Cueva. There are many opportunities for excellent live entertainment at both of the main restaurants, as well as frequent art openings at the galleries and special events on holidays in the village (www.jemezsprings.org)
