The space
We rent exclusively the room, with rustic and simple finish, with private bathroom and shower, fan, TV with signal of open channels. If necessary, we can offer an extra single mattress. Amenities: Bedding, PH, soap and blanket when requested w/in advance. We do not have a space for preparing meals. Meals, snacks and water can be ordered via IFood, there are several pizzerias and restaurants that deliver in the neighborhood,ex: Habbibs, but the guest is in charge of the request. About 250 m from our house has market, gas station, convenience serving meals and breakfast.
We have an artificial pond in front of the house, which is registered in the Department of waters of the State of São Paulo, where fish and frogs live, formed by a spring that flows into the Atibaia River.
If you come on foot, our street is gone, check the schedules of the circular bus that leaves the bus station and to near my house (you will have to walk for three blocks from the point to my house), other transport options: Moto taxi with grd availability of schedules with points close to the bus station; Taxi common from the bus station of Atibaia; Uber and IFood offer their services in the city as well.

We stayed at Jd. de Pinheiros, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Atibaia-SP, Our street has recently been paved and has new pavements, close to home is Lake Jardim dos Pinheiros, with a beautiful view of Serra do Itapetinga, you can hire a photo experience/tour with me (check out the Airbnb experiences section for details). Next to the lake, there is a market, a convenience store that serves meals, sorvteria and a gas station, all within a 10-minute walk and less than 5 minutes by car, there is also access to a new bike path that cuts through the city. We stay around 10 min. from the center of Atibaia (by Car or Motorcycle), easy access to Rodovia do Dom Pedro and the trails that lead to Pedra Grande. Near our premises is the public Sk8 track of Jd. dos Pinheiros.
