Our vacation home is a unique personalized and spacious bright loft. We are happy to share it with those who are
looking for a new home apart from their daily routines. A place to live, reconnect or simply
relax and enjoy the view of the sky.

The space
This is a cozy and generously proportioned two-level 120 sqm open space loft situated on the 4th floor of a building in a new residential neighborhood (no elevator).
The heated groundfloor has a bright open living room with a lovely nook, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and induction stove, two big bathrooms, and two bedrooms, each with its own dressing room.
One of the rooms has direct access to a bathroom with a comfortable bathtub.
The living room leads to a second, larger bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine with dryer.
Under the attic stairs, you can explore two personalized corners for remote work, reading, chilling, or playing.
Upstairs, there are two separate attic open spaces where you can relax, meditate, sleep, or play with your children.
Every room has a balcony with a nice view of the mountains and surrounding area.
We provide Ethernet connection, a Smart TV (internet access /need personal HDMI cable) &
NETFLIX. For safety reasons NETFLIX is provided only by using the guests personal account.
You will be provided with all amnesties you can think of. Enjoy!

We have a moderate cancellation policy: full refund 5 days prior to arrival.

With all of our hearts, we want to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and safe stay in our home.
In order to properly prepare the loft, we kindly ask that you READ our house rules and select the CORRECT number of guests when booking.
*For 1-2 guests, we only have ONE bedroom available (for more than 2 guest’s the prices are different). THE SECOND BEDROOM IS ONLY AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE OF *15 EUR PER NIGHT. Please let us know if you want/need to sleep separately or if you intend to use it.
*For 1-2 guests, we prepare a SINGLE bedroom (for more than 2 guests there are different prices) . The second bedroom is available ONLY on request and for a fee *15 EUR/night. Please let us know in advance if you intend to use it (sleep separately).
*Our home is also available for more than 5 guests, but only on special request and at an additional cost (e.g big families). We'd be pleased to make you a proposal.
* We provide 1 folding bed (90x180cm) and 1 travel bed (60x120cm) for small children upon request.

Where you’ll be

The loft is situated in a neighborhood close to the city center and the medieval citadel (15min walk) of our beautiful town.
It is a new, quiet small constructed area with several buildings and you can easily pop on to “everywhere” as the block is just aprox. 35m. off the main road (not directly - no traffic noise in the loft).

There is also a children's playground in the neighborhood, right next to the building and a flowershop and bakery ("Splendid") with yummi sweets and cakes near the main entrance.
Twice a week (wendsday & friday at aprox. 5pm) you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables directly in our neighborhood (van near playground).

Everything should be less than 5 to 10 minutes walk: supermarket (Careffour), restaurant (Pizzeria" Antichi Sapori"-homedelivery), flower shop, hair salon, cake bakery, public bus station, gas stations and small grocery stores.

Rasnov is located in one of the best preserved medieval areas and in the center of all the major tourist places in Brasov county. You can visit Brasov, Poiana Brasov and Bran (Dracula castle) in less than 30min with a car or you can also use the well organized public transport.
