I love peanut butter! It runs in my family, seriously. My grandmother lived to be 104, ate a spoonful of peanut butter every day, and has a peanut butter jar on her headstone. If I had only one last meal before I left this earth, it would be a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, milk, and Ruffles.... because, you know, they have ridges. Peanut butter and graham crackers are the drug of choice in our house. If we run out of either, it can get tense.
My wife, daughters, and I love staying in AirBnb and loving having guests. After getting to know me, almost everyone is shocked if I tell them I've ridden a bull (1.7 seconds) in the Jackson Hole Rodeo. Tim McGraw has me beat by 1 second. If I could do it again, I'd beat him!
I've also been lucky enough to hike the Great Wall of China, take a water taxi through Venice, jump off a jungle water fall in Costa Rica, been canyoneering in the Irish canyons of Utah, ridden class 4 rapids on the Colorado River, and a lot more cool outdoor adventures (for a suburban stiff). Most of these things I didn't seek out. My friends said "let's go to (insert city/area) and (insert cool/crazy activity)" and I said "ok". Could I be easily persuaded by peer pressure?
I've lived in Nashville since 1995 with a interruption of 5 Tennessee Volunteers football seasons in Knoxville (college years). If I couldn't live in Nashville, I'd be in the mountains, preferably Banff, or Desert, preferably Moab. My happy place is with my wife and daughters and without a cell phone signal.
I've been told countless times I need to be doing voice overs, radio, something with my voice in the field of broadcasting. However, I've never been told I need to be in front of the camera... there may be something to that... Hmmm...
There is a lot of other stuff I could tell you but your eyes are glazing over.. if they aren't, they should be..... Glaze.... Donuts.... Mmmmmm....
The powers that be in Tennessee require I let you know that I am a licensed real estate broker with Tandem Realty.
