This warm, cosy and popular garden room is well insulated and situated in close proximity to the main house. It offers wifi, tv, double glazing, curtaining, fitted carpet, wardrobe and heating. Comfy single bed with goose feather duvet and easy, well lit safe access (day and night) to a bathroom/kitchen in the main house immediately opposite. Breakfast (cereal & toast) left out for guests in the morning.
