Modern apartment in Quesada High st which has been newly renovated to a high standard. There is a secured private entrance for golf clubs,bikes and luggage etc. The bathroom has an extended shower plate and the shower has also has the detachable spray end. The large living room is combined with the integrated kitchen, new, large comfortable double sofa bed. From the lounge you can access the terrace with views of the high street. The master bedroom has a very nice king size bed and wardrobe/unit

The proximity to the abundance of amenities that Ciudad Quesada(and surrounding area) offers is what makes the location of this apartment unique. Literally within 5 minutes walk of your stay you will find some of the best restaurants and bars in the area as well as boutique shops,pharmacies kids ball pit and play area, bowling and new commercial centres. A 5 -10 minute drive will take you to the well know La Marquesa 18 hole golf course, the Quesada water park and the La Laguna spa hotel which is open to the public. There are another 4 golf course which are a short drive away and the spectacular 14km beaches of Guardamar del Segura and La mata are a 10-15 minute drive. If a leisurely bike ride is more your thing then just a stones throw away there are organised bike tours which cater for the more experienced cyclists as well. There are some great daily markets close by which sell lots of local and fresh products. Ciudad Quesada has a well known and beautiful picnic area/Park called the Recorral. The Recorral has many outdoor BBQ areas which are open to the public, it is also perfect for walking and bike rides, just recently they have created some beautiful water features.
Over all the property is very well placed and with the friendly atmosphere would fulfil all your holiday/short break needs.
