This is the perfect hideaway to retreat, unwind and escape from the pressures of life. The cottage is a newly refurbished, converted stable block, set in a unique location. Close to historic towns & villages including Ascot and Windsor with direct trains from London Waterloo and close to the M4, M25 & M3. A plethora of Michelin starred restaurants, wonderful walks in Windsor Great Park, Virginia Water & the neighbouring Chilterns await you! Ideally situated for visiting Lapland UK and Legoland.

The space
"Club House Cottage" is set in a unique location within the grounds of a fully working polo yard. This special place is like home from home. You enter the farm through double gates and signs lead you into a private quiet courtyard with plenty of parking. The cottage has fibre Wifi connection with a minimum capacity of between 80-100MB allowing for video conferencing. Homeworking is therefore very easy.

The cottage is light and airy as the building is double aspect.

The arrangement is open plan and all on one floor. Double doors open up onto a patio where there is a dining and easy seating area. The "Constable" view is stunning! Ponies graze in the fields under huge Oak trees, and if you are lucky in the summer, you can watch horsemen skilfully exercise 5 ponies at a time or practise on the Polo field.

In addition to the wifi there is a smart free view TV, and a fully equipped kitchen amongst other facilities.

The place has been furnished in an eclectic, stylish and cosy manner with the help of an interior designer.

The accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms at either end of the property. One is a kingsize bed (zip and link) that can be separated into two singles if requested and is situated next to the bathroom. The view from the window is often of a big grey horse (Charlie) as this end of the cottage attaches to the stables. The bathroom is a good size with a bath, a separate shower and plenty of storage. At the other end of the cottage off the kitchen is the second double bedroom with a view over the fields behind.
