Birdsong Cottage is located on a hectare of bushland on the outskirts of Bermagui.
With two bedrooms and a large, open plan living area, deck, courtyard and well equiped kitchen, it makes an ideal getaway for up to two couples. Sorry, no kids.
Many King Parrots and Lorikeets come to feed, and in the evenings, Wallabies and Kangaroos can be viewed feeding just below the house. Goannas, Echidnas, Possums and Lyrebirds are also regular visitors to the property.
Come and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The space
Birdsong Cottage is located on the edge of the township of Bermagui, with sealed roads right up to the property. Bermagui, with it's lovely harbour and foreshore, is a lovely, twenty minute easy walk away, or two minutes by car.
There is plenty of car and boat parking space on the property and boats can be launched from the ramp beside Bermagui Bridge, 1 kilometre away.

Birdsong is a wonderful base from which to explore the beautiful country around Bermagui. There are many wonderful bush walks and an excellent trail bike track nearby, and some lovely scenic drives. World class beaches are a short drive away and a number of charter operators in Bermagui will take fisherman or divers out to the rich fishing grounds and beautiful underwater scenery surrounding Montague Island.

Bermagui has a vibrant café, and restaurant culture (listed in the Sydney Good Food Guide) and an excellent patisserie. Bermagui has great shopping and is close to larger shopping centres such as Narooma and Bega, with the lovely, quaint, heritage village of Tilba nearby.
