Studio in wooden outbuilding. Private sauna on the ground floor, as well as a small private kitchen. On the 1st floor, a cosy attic and air-conditioned studio with a beautiful view of the Sautern vineyards, small terrace, the outbuilding is attached to the property which is an old renovated cellar. The entrance to the studio (through a garage door) is completely independent.
