My 1950’s home is located in a prestigious eastern suburb. It’s an original and fantastic two bedroom, double brick home which is set within walking distance to shops (25 minutes walk), and other lifestyle amenities.

The space
Beautiful trees surround the property. There is plenty of space inside and outside the home.
There are security screen doors, security flood lights at the front and at the rear of the home. The home has a smoke detector, and a first aid kit.
Bedroom one has reverse cycle air-conditioning (heating & cooling), a ceiling fan, a queen size bed and a built in wardrobe.
Bedroom two has reverse cycle air-conditioning (heating & cooling), a ceiling fan, two single beds and wardrobe space.
The living area has reverse cycle air-conditioning (heating & cooling), two comfortable lounges, a Smart TV (including access to free Netflix) and DVD player. This room also has a dining table, chairs and a work/study desk.
There is a sofa bed available in the living area (queen size bed), accommodates an extra two guests (linen is supplied upon request).
The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, hand basin, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer and all toiletries are included.
The toilet is located adjacent to the laundry.
The laundry has a washing machine and detergent. An iron, ironing board and a drying rack is available.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, utensils, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster press, pots, pans and plenty of other items.
You can simply enjoy the garden area, there are beautiful flowers and plants that surround the property, an outdoor table and chairs are also available for your use.
The back yard/lawn area is secured by a one meter high fence and gate, so your children and pets are safe.
There is ample parking space in the driveway/undercover carport. You can park up to three vehicles in the driveway.
Upon arrival (breakfast inclusion)- you will be supplied with filtered water, fresh fruit, coffee pods/coffee/tea, sugar, milk, spreads and a loaf of bread.
