Apartment located on the first floor in a single villa with your own entrance. All furnished and well equipped 1 bedroom 1 sitting room and kitchen where you can cook your food. You get the entire floor (second floor is used by owner. ) You have an access to the big garden. The parking on the street along the house is always available and free of charge. Two supermarkets and few restaurants in the area. Bicycle road is next to the house and leads to Garda lake

The location is very serene and quiet, there is a river Chiese nearby, and Garda lake with beatiful beach is only 14 km away. Gardaland is 30 minutes drive and plenty of different aquaparks are in the area
