A cosy and modern city retreat in the beautiful Cathedral City of Salisbury.
The Annexe is a light and airy open plan space set over 2 floors in a great location, just a 15 minute walk to the city centre. The Annexe is completely self contained with its own private entrance, a small patio area and OFF ROAD PARKING that's right next to the property.
It is an ideal base from which to explore Salisbury and the surrounding areas.

The space
Renovated to a high standard with all you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay and near to the centre of Salisbury, with off street parking.
The Annexe is in the garden of our property, in a residential street, with its own private entrance and totally separate from our property.
The ground floor area is open plan with kitchen, sitting and dining areas. Outside there is a small patio with a table and four chairs.

The well equipped kitchen has all you'll need if you want to cook, with an electric oven and ceramic hob, Nespresso Coffee machine, (a few coffee pods are provided) microwave, kettle, toaster, integrated fridge (with freezer compartment) and dishwasher. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided. The sitting area has a large corner sofa that pulls out to make a double bed and a television with Netflix. The dining table seats 4.
 Stairs lead up to a large light and bright open plan bedroom with a shower room off to the side, all set into the eaves. The staircase naturally divides the room into two areas.  At the top of the stairs is a single day bed, with a dressing table/desk and entrance to the shower room. Across the room is a Kingsize bed, desk/dressing table, chest of drawers, clothes rail, leather sofa and chair.
The shower room has a handbasin set into a worktop surface with lots of space for toiletries, a loo, a large drenching shower and riser, underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. Bath sheet and bath towels, loo roll, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel and hand soap are all provided.

The Annexe is the ideal base from which to explore Salisbury and the surrounding areas.
