A very large house making it extremely comfortable for 12 guests, with a sitting room, conservatory and a dinning table that seats 12. Large bedrooms with countryside views and two bathrooms . Large extensive garden with Patio and BBQ area. The local beach, Mewslade is a short walk from the house as is the coastal path leading to the Worms Head and Rhossili Bay.

The space
Greystone is very spacious, with large bright rooms all having views over the beautiful Gower landscape.

Downstairs
• Fully fitted kitchen with seating area and table, double electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer / dryer and dishwasher. Fully equipped with everything from bottle opener to saucepans.

• The large spacious L shaped Lounge and dining room hosts a generous rustic dining table large enough to seat 12 people comfortably. The Lounge has a fabulous log burning stove, TV and a stereo player, with comfortable sofas and armchairs. Large patio window/door leading to side garden, and access to the conservatory.

• Conservatory a large bright room overlooking the sunken bottom lawn and garden, has comfortable seating with double doors leading out to the garden.

• The cloakroom has toilet, wash hand basin and hooks for coats.

Upstairs:

At the top of the stairs there is a landing giving access to 4 bedrooms and the two bathrooms. (the 5th bedroom is located downstairs) One bathroom hosts a walk in shower, seperate bath, toilet and basin, the other has a large shower, toilet and basin.

Bedroom one:
A large, tastefully decorated light and spacious bedroom with a king bed and two single beds. It has and a double aspect where you can see the sun rise and set.

Bedroom two:
A large modern comfortable bedroom with a King size bed. Great views over the garden and Rhossili downs.

Bedroom three:
This bedroom is a beautiful tranquil space which has two single beds with large patio window and a sliding door which leads out onto a large sun terrace, the terrace is protected from the wind by glass panels so lovely to sit out in both the summer and winter.

Bathroom one:
A large modern shower, separate bath, toilet and basin

Bedroom four:
A light spacious twin room with views across the valley, a velux window so you can star gaze from your bed.

A beautiful bedroom with a king size bed and an original wooden floor.

All bed linen and towels are provided. Guests should provide their own beach towels. A cot is available but we ask guests to provide their own linen for the cot.

Outside:

The houses has a very large mature garden with trees and plants collected from around the world. There is a patio and BBQ area, with adequate seating and tables for alfresco dining. There are several lawned areas and a secluded sunken garden area for those wanting peace and quiet.

There is parking for three cars on shared the drive. Additional parking can be paid for in the car park opposite.

The houses is set in the glorious Gower countryside with footpaths to the beach, sea and countryside alongside the property.

Mewslade Bay is a short 10 minutes walk, it has large caves for exploring, rock pools to dip in, sand which needs digging and clear blue water to surf, play or just watch. When the tide is in rock climbing or walk around the coastal path to the famous 'Worms Head'.

It is a walkers paradise, amazing walks taking in the beautiful surrounding countryside, and stunning coastline, possibly have a treat in local coffee shops restaurants and pubs at the end of your walk, or have picnic along the way...

-Pavalland caves 1.5 hours
-Port Eynon 2.5 hours
-Rhossili downs 1 hour

Or just enjoy the peace and quiet of country life in the large garden.

Family time is important to me I love sharing time with them on long country walks around beautiful Gower or sitting on the beach and cliff tops watching the waves come crashing in. Enjoying a meal together with lots of chatter and laughter.
