A new loft with amazing view. All the comfort and practicality of Vila Madalena. An unique space, at the highest point and with the most beautiful sunset and view of São Paulo. A few meters from the subway, bars, restaurents and shops of Vila Madalena. The apartment is fully equipped to meet your needs and comfort. Between the change of guests, in addition to the change of bed and bath linen and the apartment cleanning, all pillows, blankets, sofa covers etc.

The space
The loft has the following equipment: filtered water purifier, induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, washing machine and tumble dryer, 43 "LED TV, air conditioning hot / cold , fire extinguisher, detector and carbon monoxide, hair dryer and iron. We are very careful with cleaning and maintenance of the whole apartment to ensure a great stay. We normally do weekly cleaning of the apartment for long stays, but to preserve the guest's safety during the quarantine period due to Covid-19: cleaning only occurs when guests are changed and reinforced with a steam cleaning system; the air conditioning filter will be washed between the change of guests; cleaning material will be available in the apartment so that the guest can maintain daily cleaning; once a week, we will change the used bed, bath and table linen. Cleaning of air conditioning filters and water purifier filter according to the instruction manual. Host speaks portuguese, french and english and is available for any emergency.
