This historic 2 bedroom apartment is located in a secure building and close to the most popular Calle San Sebastian! It has a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean offering great natural light and stunning sunsets.

It is only 15 minutes away from the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (SJU) and walking distance from many restaurants and a great night life!

Our services include: fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bedroom with queen size bed, a twin size bed and sofa bed, air conditioner (high efficiency), cable TV, free Wi-Fi. Also, we provide washer and dryer in the apartment for greater convenience.

Lively! You can feel free to walk around and you will certainly find a place with music to listen and/or dance the night away.

Also, many cultural activities take place, mainly in the Plaza's. Check with one of the tourist information center for what is happening during the days you are in town.

The building like this in the colonial zone does not have paking. But, there are two parking spaces nearby, on the same street:

1. Private parking "La Cochera" it's 5 minutes walking to the apartment.

2. Public parking "Valloja" it's 10 minutes walking to the apt.

Parking on the streets are limited to permanent residents. Fines are US$250.00 each occurrence.
