The Blue Room and Catherine's Room are large upstairs bedrooms joined by a small library. They share a three-quarter bath. There is also a children's playroom with a small people ceiling and toys. Located two miles from Citizens Park, three miles from Triple Crown fields, close to downtown Aiken and convenient to Augusta, GA and Columbia, SC.

The space
These rooms comprise the entire second level of the home. The living room, dining room, and kitchen downstairs are open for use as well. The porches and deck are also free territory. Both bedrooms are spacious with high ceilings. The Blue Room has a television, but the television in the living room is available as well. The small Library between the rooms has a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Downtown Aiken has an amazing variety of restaurants, venues, and shopping. The house is very close to Citizens Park for sporting tournaments and other activities. It is also convenient to access Aiken's Southside business and restaurant district. Located about 40 minutes from Augusta National Golf Club, you can get to the tournament conveniently and back in Aiken for a less crowded evening and dining experience.

My neighborhood has a children's playground and a walking track. This subdivision has only one entrance to main roads and is not heavily trafficked. Behind my property is a large horse farm and several pastures frequented by some beautiful horses. It is the best of a comfy neighborhood and country living at the same time.

I am a 51 year old empty-nester. I love to host guests at my house. I've done it all my life, long before Airbnb. My dog, Cormac, thinks you are coming to visit him. Obviously. There is a box of dog treats on the stairs to give him. Please make yourself at home.
