My home is situated in a quiet area with ample off road parking. I have a large garden which backs on to a park with plenty of wildlife.
The room available is a good sized double which overlooks the garden and has all the amenities you would need for a restful stay. Whether this is for pleasure or business from one night to a few nights.
If you don't drive it is on a bus route within a 10 min journey to the city centre.

The space
I have a very quiet conservatory which overlooks the garden if you need to relax or to sit and read or listen to music which you are more than welcome to use in your stay.

We are lucky to have a park at the bottom of the garden and a small shopping centre a short 5 min walk through the park . This varies from post office , hair dressers,butchers,local coffee shops and a few others. Again all accessible to the city centre from there via the bus route .

During your stay

I myself live here and am available during some days and the later part of the evenings and can be very sociable or will stay out of your way if you have work to do for which you are more than welcome to use the dining room if required.
