Beautiful apartment a few steps from the centre of Udine, located in a quiet courtyard. Whatever the reasons for the trip that brought you to our city, here you will find a comfortable space to rest. The area is well served by buses for all your destinations; alternatively, a pleasant walk will take you to the centre, so you can forget your car in the reserved parking.

The space
The "Mansardina" is located on the second floor in the attic of a small building consisting of three units within a courtyard. The apartment has been completely renovated, furnished and designed to ensure you a pleasant stay. You will find a double bedroom with a comfortable bed (160x190) and a sofa bed (140x190). The apartment is equipped with air conditioning for summer nights, while in winter you can relax in front of the pellet stove that heats the room. The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette with fridge and freezer, coffee maker and kettle, and what you need to cook. In the apartment there is a TV and unlimited internet access. There is no bidet in the bathroom. Since it is an attic, the ceiling is low on one side of the apartment. Guests have at their disposal a free uncovered parking space for exclusive use in the yard.
