Flat VERY well located in the center of Juiz de Fora, high floor, overlooking Morro do Cristo, without noise or street dust.

VERY LARGE bedroom and living room, with morning sun in the bedroom, and afternoon in the living room. All furnished, decorated and equipped with appliances, including microwaves. Ceiling fan in the bedroom, laptop in the living room. Living room with great double sofa bed.

The space
Very spacious and ventilated apartment with panoramic views of Morro do Cristo. All renovated, and, decorated in vintage style, with some old pieces with patina paint, or colorful, such as the yellow chairs on the dining table, and the old tea cart, used as the corner table of the sofa.
Many decorative pieces are original utilitarian artifacts of the indigenous peoples of the Amazon.
Some other objects are reused materials, such as the "hand and counter-hand" aisle board, found broken, thrown away, or the room lamp, which was produced by a group of artisans who reuse patchwork, and leftovers from various other industrial materials.
We encourage the guest to perform selective collection during their stay, through explanatory posters in the service area, and by placing two trash cans in the kitchen:
- organic waste, in the small trash can of the sink, which can be emptied in the container of the elevator hall, collected daily by the janitor of the building.

The apartment is very well located, almost corner of Av. Itamar Franco, next to the only 24-hour bakery downtown, and an excellent Supermarket: Bahamas Emporium, where you can find restaurants and snack bars in the dessert shop. The other facilities are: bank branches, salons, lotteries, two churches, including the Cathedral, and the main urban bus route in the city. As tourist attractions on foot, we suggest: Halfeld Park, Central Theatre, Culture Forum, and the Municipal Market.
