On the property are 3 more apartments and a main house which is occupied by the owners. The huge lush green tropical garden is a save and tranquil oasis outside of Puerto Limon, 5 min to a small beach and restaurants, 10 min to downtown. This accommodation is ideal for couples, families or small groups.

The space
You will wake up in the mornings with the song of the birds and can sit on your front or back terrace. The large swimming pool is shared with other tenants. The pool has a section for children which can enjoy it under the supervision of an adult. The pool terrace as well as the entire property is overlooking the Caribbean sea. In the gentle sea breeze you can enjoy a drink, watch the sun rise and sun set or just relax to the sound of the waves. This apartment has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation in a quiet and safe environment. The live-in kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, 4 burner ceramic top electric stove, pots, pans, dishes and flatware, a dining table with 6 chairs and a ceiling ventilator. The bedrooms and the living room are connected through a corridor. Both bedrooms have air-condition. One bedroom has a full size bed, large closet, dresser with mirror, small desk with chair and a table with 2 chairs, while the other bedroom has 2 individual beds and a closet . Both bedrooms have bathrooms with shower and hot water. The comfortable living room has a ceiling ventilator, a living room set with a full size sofa bed and flat screen TV. It overlooks the pool area and Caribbean sea. All towels and linen, free Wi-Fi, cable TV and private parking is provided. Cleaning and service during the stay is not included in the fee.
Laundry is available for a nominal charge of usd 5.00 per load - self wash.
Owners ask on arrival for a usd 50.00 deposit fee for remote controls for gate, air conditions, TV and keys.
