Some info has been automatically translated.
Our residence is an ancient stone house immersed in the green hills of Salerno, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the south coast of the city, up to Punta Licosa. A place far from the chaos where you can enjoy the sounds and colours of nature even if only a few minutes from the city centre. The house has been completely renovated, ideal for families but also for couples of friends.

The space
The house is adjacent to another family property, a large villa also surrounded by nature and with a vegetable garden, olive grove and vineyard. There is also a large and well-kept garden with an outdoor kitchen and a wood-burning oven placed under a pergola of fragrant jasmine where, on request, it is possible to have a lunch or dinner prepared with the products of our garden or participate in regional and local cooking courses.
The house is on two levels accessed through a private courtyard. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace and a kitchenette: you can either have breakfast here or - in the summer - outside.
Upstairs, the 'Room Punta Licosa is equipped with a sofa bed that can be turned into a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with large walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and courtesy set. Each room is separated by a door and has its own air conditioning and heating.
Both rooms are complete with sheets and towels and each of them has a sea view, with a balcony and a window.
We have free wi-fi connection in all rooms.
Guests can use the living room on the ground floor as a common area.
In the living room there is a toilet available for guests.

Guest access
Guests have access to the house through a private courtyard.

I love hosting and my home is always full of friends!
I host at Airbnb for Experiences ....cooking classes and visiting my olive grove. A little over a year ago, I bought an old stone farmhouse next to the family property, and after carefully renovating it, I used it as a bed and breakfast.
