This is a lakefront three floored house, located in the village of Glavatartsi (next to Rocca Resort), 8 km out of the city of Kardjali. In the summer you can swim in the swimming pool or in the lake or enjoy our boat, kayaks to explore the lake. You can explore the local archeological attractions such as Perperikon, Monik, Tatul or Villa Armira . Plovdiv, the European Capital of Culture for 2019, is an easy day trip. There is nature trail, to explore the mountainous area around the villa.

The space
This is a self-contained apartment, the second floor in the house. It is 100 square meters of two bedrooms, two baths, huge living area, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and 50 square meters private verandah, facing the lake, which is accessible from every room. There is also an outdoor/summer kitchen and BBQ area.
