Our neighborhood is one of the safest locations near to the Airport. Most of the day there is tranquility, silence and security to walk at any time. In addition, there are minimarkets, a supermarket, restaurants, banks and exchange houses a few meters away.

For our future guests, although our place is quiet, we cannot 100% avoid the activities of a city as big as Lima.Parties are not common here but if one takes place nearby, we are ready to help by offering ear plugs.

IMPORTANT! The host will not go out to stop any activity. The limit of our service is getting involved in discussions with people outside the property. If the activity doesnt stop, we ask for your understanding that this is beyond our control. Your host will help you as much as he can from inside the property.
