My lovely home, only a 3 min drive from the airport, is located in a safe/private neighborhood with 2 parks and convenience stores. It´s a great location, away from Guatemala city traffic but close to most visited places in the city (15-45 mins by car).
You have full access to the back side of the house, including a comfortable tv room with access to beautiful garden and lounge area! You are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and plenty of space to just relax!

I will give you your space but am around to answer any questions or help out w/ anything! My chill 6-month baby and I live in the front bedroom! Also, a housekeeper/nanny is around part-time, she can clean your area as much/little as you'd like.
