Located on the Broadway strip in the Washington Heights neighborhood, you'll enjoy a convenient location close to transportation (1 min walk to subway) with a direct route to Times Square (30 mins), parks, popular attractions, cafes, and bars. Relax in a clean clutter-free space after spending an exciting day in one of the greatest cities in the world.

Brahman Yoga studio and 24 hour gym nearby so you can stay in shape while on holiday. Many churches and schools (Columbia University, City College, Boricua College) are also in the area. Columbia Presbyterian Hospital is a 10 minute walk away.

I moved into my studio apartment 12 years ago and absolutely LOVE it! Finding a great place to live in New York City can be a challenge but I lucked out with this little gem.

Friends sometimes call me OCD because I am very particular about my space. This is a good thing for guests because it means you'll enjoy a clean and tidy space.
