I live in Culls Harbour near Glovertown and came to Greenspond 16 years ago for a visit. The view of the ocean and how nice the people of the community were .Reeled me in hook line and sinker.Shortly after that we purchased an old two story house and restored it. 8 years ago I retired shortly after that I was running out of projects and started to become bored. When the former school came up on tender we decided to bid on it the rest is history fast forward July 2019 we opened a 80seat restaurant with a licensed patio and six nightly rental condo units . I live in Greenspond in summer season so I am available 24/7 , my house is Five minutes by walk from the restaurant also named Hub Of The North Greenspond
