The picturesque house Botev III is located in the rural village of Mirovets in a gentle sloping landscape in the Nord-East of Bulgaria. It makes part of a whole of 3 houses standing on a private property of about 1 ha. The house has its own privacy and has been refurbished in traditional Bulgarian style with all mod cons, among which a swimming pool. Ideal to leave your daily stress behind and enjoy a glorious "dolce far niente".

Living space (about 40m²) with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Completely furnished sleeping room with double bed and 2 wardrobes. Bathroom with 2 sinks and big step-in shower. Seperate toilet. Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
