Situated in the quiet village of Rowlands Castle on the main London Waterloo -> Portsmouth rail line; 20 minutes drive from Portsmouth and Chichester and right on the doorstep of the South Downs National Park.

The space
The annex has a large double bedroom, shower room, small kitchen and large lounge diner. The bedroom has a double bed. The lounge is equipped with a 37" TV with Freesat and an abundance of DVDs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a combination microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and washing machine. All towels and bedding are provided and tea, coffee and fresh milk will be available on arrival. Access to our tumble drier can be arranged on an ad-hoc basis.

We have BT Infinity broadband wifi throughout the property with an extender in the annex for better coverage.

It’s a 5 minute walk into the village where you have a choice of 3 pubs, all serving food, and a fantastic village shop selling ‘COOK’ frozen gourmet ready meals and fresh artisan bread. There is also a café, hardware store and a doctor’s surgery and direct access to Stansted Forest and the South Downs National Park.

The station is a 5 minute walk, and a 15-20 minute train journey takes you directly to the Historic Naval Dockyard in Portsmouth and to the Gunwharf Quays dining and outlet shopping centre.

Laid back out-doors couple (parkrunners). Kids left the nest so more time to enjoy travelling and staying in local communities rather than hotels.
