Fairyhouse Hall is akin to a Blue Book Country Inn experience in Ireland or England and Chefarmer Shane Haffey was raised on an estate in Ireland and schooled in Charleston, South Carolina and Nice, France. We are dedicated to local sourcing of all ingredients, raise our own produce, beef, pork and poultry, and are the Chairs of Slow Food Lexington.
