We're a family-run guest house situated in the leafy neighbourhood of Ferryhill. The house is over 200 years old (but don't worry, it's warm) and is made of solid granite hewn from our own fair city.

While in a quiet area, we're located only 10 minutes walk from the city centre and are close to both the train and the bus stations; it's an ideal spot if you want to hit the town and then have a peaceful night's sleep.

We offer parking but it is very limited and must be booked prior to arrival.

The space
It's important to note that we don't serve cooked breakfasts but provide breakfast in the rooms in the form of cereal, juice, milk, pain au chocolat, tea, coffee and biscuits. Each room also has a fridge and a microwave so you can store your own supplies and heat up whatever you need.

Our neighbourhood is really green and lovely. The area boasts the wonderful Duthie Park with the world-renowned Winter Gardens as well as easy access to beautiful walks along the River Dee. Directly opposite the house is the Ferryhill House where you can get quality meals throughout the day. We're also only 10 minutes walk from the city centre and major shopping centres.
