Welcome to our NEW, MODERN, GARDEN, fully equipped studio apartment with a SEPARATE ENTRANCE in our family house where we live, with FREE coverd PARKING space and NETFLIX. Located 5-minute drive from the D8 motorway and 16 min. drive from the center of Prague. By local bus 17 min. to metro station Letňany ("C" red line). Great location, if you are going to exhibition grounds Letňany PVA EXPO + concerts in Prague. Close by motoway D8, metro, Globus, big shopping centrum Letňany, restaurants

The space
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a seating area with GARDEN VIEW, sleeping area, a flat-screen TV with NETFLIX and a private bathroom.
In Hovorčovice operates pizzeria, small shops, restaurant, tennis courts, thai massage, pond, church, bus, train. In the summer you can play badminton or enjoy garden. I will provide you with tourist information, tips what to visit in Prague, you will get brochures, maps..

NOTE:
- You will be asked for a valid ID with photo (ID card or passport).

- Due to changes in local laws, we are forced to charge extra a residence fee 0.80 Eur (21 CZK) / per night / per person. The residence fee will be paid directly cash by the guest upon check-in. Thank you for your understanding.

- If you are staying less than 4 days a washing machine and dryer are available
for a fee of EUR 3 / CZK 75 each for one using. Once a week, washing and drying is free.

And 1 hour 15 min. drive, you will get to mountains Krkonoše.
