The coach house is a private, beautifully presented, two bedroom guest house which is detached from the main property and enjoys it's own entrance, garden and an on-street permit parking spot. It is ideal for professionals, couples and small families looking for somewhere cosy and private to stay 1/2 a mile from town.

The space
The house is conveniently situated on the main road into town (Mansfield road) It is directly opposite to the Forest Park Recreation ground. It has been recently redecorated and furnished to a high, modern standard.

The accommodation consists of a large, main bedroom area with King Sized bed, en-suite shower room, sofa and smart TV and Netflix subscription. There are french doors directly into the garden. A small hallway leads into the second single bedroom and separate toilet room.

High speed fibre broadband is available for guest to use free of charge.

An cot is available for babies/toddlers meaning the Coach house can accommodate 4 in total (max 3 adults and 1 small child).

We are based on the edge of the Mapperley Park conservation area. The property is located on the main route into town (the A60), but the Coach House is set way back far away from any traffic and noise, and the Coach House is not overlooked by neighbours...it really is a private, secluded space!
