This is a basement suite with private entry. The house is across the street from Tom Sawyer Park and the backyard faces another park. It is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood.

The space
This basement suite has wi-fi, a working gas fireplace, and a nice view of a creek and park. The living area, which in is in the same area as the bed, has a futon which can sleep two. A coffee maker (including coffee, cream and sugar), refrigerator and microwave are provided. I have backyard chickens, but they are contained in a coop/run.

I like to cook, read, and travel. I love Italy, especially Rome. I also like all animals, especially horses, chickens and cats. On a nice, sunny day, I can spend hours watching my chickens peck the ground.

During your stay

I live in the upstairs portion of the house and get home from work around 4. I will be available via text and email during the day. The back patio is a shared space, and I spend a good deal of time outside. There is a charcoal grill. If you let me know in advance, charcoal and other grilling tools will be provided.
