The barn is set in the large garden of an old farm house in the historical Village of Kings Sutton, and has been tastefully converted in to a modern living space.

The accommodation comprises:

Large kitchen sitting room, with WIFI and Connected TV.

A mezzanine bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2 or 2 +baby in cot)

A small seperate bedroom that can be laid out as a King or 2 single beds

A small tasteful bathroom and a utility room.

Use of our garden (with own small private area) & hot tub.

The space
We live in the main house with our 2 young boys and the barn is a separate annexe with its own front door and allocated parking. The barn is set in what is very much a family home and garden but guests always comment on how private the accommodation is.

We are very accessible and happy to answer any questions or provide recommendations. We will often be out in the garden with the kids. That said, if you just want privacy that is fine too!
