We are located in the heart of the Montevallo Historic District. This Victorian style home was built in 1899 and was home to Dr. Edgar Gilmore Givhan, the local doctor in those days. All rooms have 12ft ceilings, a fireplace, and original heart-pine floors. Its easy to imagine oneself going back in time, transported to the 1890's. Fortunately, modern times has brought with it many conveniences. Outside the rooms we have a coffee station, complete with snacks, a Keurig, and mini-fridge.

The space
As a guest you will have access to the common areas of the house. We have a large living room that we have dedicated as a sitting area on one half and a yoga studio on the other.
