Feel at home in this single family, two bedroom, one bathroom mid-century home, offered by a SuperHost. This perfect pad in a residential neighborhood is within walking distance of Bojangles Coliseum, Ovens Auditorium, the Park Expo, Sal’s Pizza, & Vaulted Oak Brewery in a residential neighborhood close to center city. Full use of the property and home - kitchen, dining, two living areas, free parking and a large private deck.WE DO NOT ALLOW FOR LOCAL CHARLOTTE REGION FOLKS TO BOOK.

The space
If you want to be close to everything, but enjoy a little peace and quiet or the convenience of home why settle for anything less! Forget the sterile hotel rooms. Don't stress about sharing a wall with a stranger or camping in someone's backyard. Leave the search for the right parking deck uptown until after you're checked in and rested. Instead, come enjoy the spacious calm of my house on the hill. And pack light... because you can do laundry at my place. Access is a breeze and the driveway is large enough for multiple vehicles. We keep a flexible cancellation policy, and my rates stay the same except for during the (very rare) 'superevent'. Absolutely no parties, or events of any kind are allowed. Use of the fireplace is prohibited.

High-speed wireless, cable TV, laundry machines, comfortable beds, and a full kitchen.

What this place offers

Where you’ll be

Charlotte, North Carolina, United States

As demand for in-town housing skyrockets and commercial development continues to grow all around us, we've watched our quiet little neighborhood turn into a hot commodity for residents who enjoy a little space and a lot of convenience. Of course, I've known it since I first moved here in 2003! Originally developed in America's post-war golden age, this neighborhood is steeped in mid-century charm with the added benefit of a majestic mature oak-tree canopy. Enjoy a walk on the tree-lined streets, a visit to our "tiny park".

Hi! I'm a NC and SC REALTOR, wife, and mom to my 15 y/o daughter and 3 fur babies. I love walking my dogs, spending time with friends and family, and welcoming travelers and visitors to my beautiful city! My partner (Jay) and I take pride in providing our guests with a great AirBnB experience when they stay at our place. When we're not in town you'll probably find us at one of the great Carolina beaches!

During your stay

As much or as little as needed, within reason. I don't live on the property, but I'm right around the corner if anything goes wrong or you want to shoot the breeze or get tips about local interests.
