The space
This superior large house accommodates 18 adults and is complete with 5 large bright bedrooms. Travel cots, bed sides and high chairs provided if requested. There is a high speed fibre WiFi .


Main bathroom comprises of a 4 person sauna, large bath.

Modern kitchen complete with 3 neff ovens, hob, american fridge with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and Coffee Machine. The house has a large amount of kitchen wares.

All the showers are new, walk in wet room type.

The dining area has a long table suit 8 and we have an additional table to cater for an additional 8. The table in the kitchen can also be extended which can accommodate another 8.

The living area has a smart and cable TV and a piano.

Externally, favourite place is just outside the front door. It has a seating area, views of the sun rise over the sea, acres of trees of mount usher and at night the lights of Wicklow town. There are other gardens and seating areas all exclusively for you the guests. The garden has a limestone patio with BBQ area to the side, ample seating to relax with alfresco dining. The gardens also include astro/all weather pitch and mature fruit trees, herbs and colourful blossoming gardens. You can even create your own access to a 20 +acre woods at the rear. The gardens have 4-5 different seating areas in the front, patio, elevated viewing area, tree house, grass area, all with stunning views, perfect with a good book, glass of wine or just relax.
The garden has multiple play areas for the younger guests.

The bedrooms in the house are very big. Lots of space. Three bedrooms have tables and chairs.

The heating system is geothermal for comfortable heating all the time. Water is pressurised for all showers.

The house is perfect for extended families.
The house has 6 double and 4 single beds.

Tinakilly house is 20 to 25 minute walk which is a beautiful 4 star hotel and wedding venue. Taxi or cabs are also available. The house is also convenient for wedding guests of Trudder lodge.

The house has 3 doors. The front entrance has steps. The side entrance has one step and entrance from Astro is a half a step. You can go from car park area to astro and side entrance easily. The front door seating area which is most peoples favourite due to the sea view and lights of neighbouring towns. It does not have steps from from front door but has steps from car park area.

Great views. Wait until you see the early morning sun rise! During the day there are views of the sea, Mount Usher Gardens with the colours of the trees that will take your breathaway. You will see many shades of green from the trees and grass and by night you will see the lights of the village and neighbouring Rathnew and Wicklow Town. You will see the lights of light houses, boats/ships and fishing vessels. Some days you may even see the mountain tops of whales.
Lots of nice walks from the house include,
The walk from Ashford village to Hunters Hotel, which is tranquil and quite.
Another nice walk is on the same road as the house. This is a rural farming road with, horses, cattle and sheep.
You can even create your own path way to the woods at the rear of the house. These woods have a nice clearing also with sea views. The woods have plenty of deer, rabbits, foxes etc. Some come into the garden in quite times.
The large garden is perfect for younger ones to enjoy playing den in the tree house, basketball or burn off excess energy on the swing, play ball or badminton or football on the all weather surface.
