This is the first floor air conditioned room with a double bed. The room is equipped with a laptop friendly work space, chairs and a drawer.The windows of the room opens to a garden. There is an attached toilet/ shower with modern facilities.

The space
This is a private room in the first floor of a house. We are located just 300 meters off from the main Cochin - Calicut - Mangalore Thondayad bye pass.

The room can accommodate maximum three persons. If there is a third person in the room, we can provide an extra bed on the floor, if needed. There is a common living space and two balconies in the first floor. Television is there in the living space. The balcony is good enough for a cup of tea or a book to read.

We are located in a lush green setting at Kuruvananchery Thayam, Kudilthodu, near the star care hospital on Thondayad bye pass.
Our Home is almost 300 meters away from the main Thondayad Byepass and is away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Being a residential neighbourhood, it is safe for you to walk down the lane at all times, however we request you to let us know in advance if you are late at night.

There are a couple of eateries within two kilometers reach. Please speak to us for customized recommendations.
