The space
The space is unique and the location is unbelievable. It's located in New Port Royal with only three other families or property within walking distance. If you seek silence and a peaceful time this is the best premium experience for elite travelers on Roatan.

There are approximately one hundred stairs leading down to the cabana, however, our caretaker carries our guest luggage at check-in and Check-Out.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property. Their is an onsite property manager to maintain the electric system, provide security, and tend to your needs.
