This is a farm property. We actively manage/grow a vineyard, orchard, and garden. Located among horse farms and open land it's a very tranquil setting. The added benefit is that we are very convenient to Lexington, Versailles, and Nicholasville.

Hello. I'm Brian Young. My family and I live on the 25 acre property where the cottage is located. I operate a small farm winery on the premises where I produce award winning wines. Many from the vineyard that you'll see as you enter the property.
