The space
very well maintained villa with 7 beautiful units (4 classic suites are situated downstairs with large terrace and 3 superior suites are upstairs each with smaller balcony / there is no price difference in between classic and superior: you just need to mention which one you prefer upon reservation / all suites have furnished balconies with lovely sea view sun umbrella or sun pergola / all apartments have one double bed for 2 adults in the separate bedroom / the upstairs superior can sleep another 3rd adult or child in the living room area on the sofa-bed / the downstairs classic suite can sleep a maximum of 4 persons; 2 adults and 2 children or 2 adults and another 2 adults maximum on the bed-sofa in the living room - but lack of privacy - when 4 adults sharing the apartment / kitchen with 2 hot plates (no oven), dining and living room area / 1 separate bedroom with 1 double bed / bathroom with toilet, shower cabin or shower-tub (no full bath use possibility) / free in-room internet access 24 hours / CD + DVD player and flat screen TV as well as astra sat. tv / air conditioning (included) / private safe for your valuables free of charge / hair dryer / fridge / filter coffee machine & filters / dishes and cooking utensils / bed and bath linen, toilet paper, soap, shampoo & showergel / small sun umbrella for the beach but no beach towels / room service from the restaurant next door / internet access in the restaurant as well / sun deck with 4 sunbeds, large table and 6 chairs for all guests accessible.
